Tracy, originally from Hong Kong, who is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, received her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Tracy earned overseas training scholarships to Finland and China when she was a PT student. These experiences exposed her to diverse cultures and allowed her to work with people from various backgrounds. She developed an interest in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theories during childhood, because of her TCM practitioner father. In order to gain extended knowledge in TCM theory, she completed the diploma program in the Bone Setting from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In addition, she enjoys working with patients to address their pelvic health issues such as incontinence, pelvis pain and pelvic organ prolapse. She has completed a short course about the Management of Pelvic Floor dysfunction from The Curtin University of Technology in Australia. Tracy has over 8 years of clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions in hospital, long-term rehabilitation and private settings. Her service at different facilities has equipped her with knowledge in a broad range of aspects and extensive experience in dealing with sports injury, orthopedics, stroke, neurosurgical and geriatric cases. In her free time, Tracy enjoys traveling, swimming, playing piano and spending time with her daughter, husband and friends. She enjoys being a physical therapist as she can meet different people and help them to achieve their goals
