Morten, born in Fredericksburg Denmark and raised in the East Bay, became interested in the field of physical therapy during high school after injuring his shoulder during swimming. Morten then enrolled at the University of California Davis where he studied Exercise Biology. After completing his undergraduate studies, Morten went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Sacramento State. He has always believed in practicing what you preach staying consistent with using exercise and physical activity to stay healthy and functional. In his free time, Morten enjoys board games, traveling, and live music.
