Michael Goldman began his professional career in education. He worked for Los Angeles Unified School District for almost 20 years, serving initially as a teacher of English learners before returning to complete a Master´s degree in Educational Administration and working as both an Assistant Principal and local District Administrator responsible for new teacher support and evaluation. Shortly before the Covid Pandemic, Michael´s mom fell and broke her ankle and he was inspired by a Physical Therapy Assistant who was able to rehab his mom´s ankle back to her prior level of function. Once schools were closed, Michael decided to take a leap of faith and enrolled in a PTA program at CBD College in L.A. and obtained an Associates of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. He started working as a PTA in November of 2022 and is very happy with his career change. Most rewarding for him is teaching patients how to rehab from their injuries and supporting their progress along the way. In his spare time, Michael enjoys going bike riding, playing paddle tennis, playing the piano and travelling.
