Born and raised in Southern California, Kristina has always been guided by a deep-rooted passion for helping others. Her academic journey began at Crafton Hills College, where she earned an Associate of Science degree and developed a strong foundation in fitness and human movement. She later transferred to California State University, Fullerton, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science.
It was during her final undergraduate semester that Kristina was introduced to the field of chiropractic care through a shadowing experience—and immediately discovered her calling. Inspired by the profession’s holistic approach to health and its emphasis on treating the root cause of dysfunction, she took a year to work in a chiropractic clinic before pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences.
Since earning her doctorate, Kristina has remained committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-informed care. She uses her deep understanding of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems to help patients move better, feel better, and take charge of their wellness journey. Her goal is to empower individuals through education, preventive care, and personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and vitality.
Dedicated to ongoing professional growth, Kristina plans to pursue additional certifications in perinatal and pediatric chiropractic care—allowing her to support expectant parents and promote wellness from an early age.
Outside the clinic, Kristina enjoys staying active, spending quality time with her loved ones, traveling, gaming, and attending music festivals. She brings the same enthusiasm and energy she has in her personal life to her professional practice, striving every day to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
