Elizabeth Robledo

Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine

Elizabeth is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with a deep passion for helping individuals live pain-free and vibrant lives. A native of San Jose, California, Elizabeth always had a strong interest in health and wellness, it wasn’t until her college years that she found her calling to become an acupuncturist. After seeing the limitations of conventional pain management treatments, she sought a more holistic and natural approach to healing—one that not only addresses symptoms but also nurtures the body’s ability to heal from within. This led her to pursue a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Southern California University of Health Sciences, where she graduated in 2018 with a concentration in Nutrition.

Elizabeth is committed to continual learning and growth, which led her to seek advanced training in China and Taiwan. She received a certificate for an advanced training course in Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Tuina, and Internal Medicine in Shandong, China. She also completed a clinical study trip to the renowned Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, where she deepened her knowledge of TCM and integrated approaches to healing. These experiences enhanced her clinical skills and broadened her understanding of both traditional and modern medical practices.

Elizabeth works with patients from all walks of life, specializing in pain management, autoimmune disorders, dermatological concerns, and mental-emotional health. She believes in empowering her patients to live pain-free so they can fully enjoy life’s most meaningful moments and relationships.

Raised in a family where traditional healing was a part of everyday life, Elizabeth comes from a lineage of healers. Her paternal grandfather was known in his community for being a herbalist, and her maternal great-grandmother was a curandera, midwife, and herbalist in Michoacán, Mexico. This rich heritage of natural healing continues to inspire and guide her practice today. As a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants, Elizabeth is fluent in both English and Spanish and is committed to providing holistic care to Spanish-speaking communities, ensuring that all patients feel heard, understood, and supported on their healing journey.

Outside of her clinical work, Elizabeth enjoys staying active and embracing the joys of life through travel, exploring new foods, working out, and offering community care. Whether it’s discovering new hiking trails, tasting the flavors of an unfamiliar culture, or challenging herself in the gym, she believes in maintaining balance and enjoying the journey of life. This approach to wellness extends to her practice, where she encourages patients to embrace both physical and emotional healing as part of their overall well-being.
