Briana was born and raised in Moreno Valley, California. She attended California State University, Chico in northern California after falling in love with the small town aesthetic. During that time, Briana double-majored in communication sciences and disorders, as well as psychology. She also earned an Honors Distinction in general education after completing an undergraduate thesis and presenting the results at a statewide conference. Briana then completed her Master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders and became a licensed speech and language pathologist. She has worked in post-acute rehabilitation facilities, home health companies, and private practice and has provided treatment for clients from ages 0 to 104! Her passion is to ensure everyone is empowered using their voice. In her free time, Briana enjoys playing board games, ballroom dancing, and spending time with her family and three cats.
